At Fanka, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Ensure your products are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
